Ben Pines

Managing Director

Ben is an experienced construction industry professional who has Progressed from ‘coal face’ work as a Carpenter through to Company Directorship. In his role as Managing Director he focuses on putting Processes and resources in place to facilitate project delivery in Accordance with the CC Pines culture and our clients’ requirements.

He also maintains detailed coverage of high risk aspects of our Projects.

Ivan Jones

General Manager

Ivan is responsible for the overall management and performance of the business focusing on improving client and commercial outcomes, staff engagement and maturing business operations. Early results include organisational and operational efficiency improvements and significantly, an improvement in customer outcomes.

Anthony Wood

Construction Manager

Anthony is responsible for the building & construction team comprising project managers, building supervisors and admin staff. Anthony is a qualified carpenter & joiner and licensed builder who also holds corporate membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He previously held the position of director within a family business located in Wollongong specialising in residential remedial repairs and renovations, before working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London for a period of 6 years and finally joined the CCP Remedial management team in January 2017.
Anthony is very passionate about the construction industry and his focus is to ensure his team delivers exceptional customer service, a high quality finish completed with safety being at the forefront of what we do every day.

Julie van Koesveld

Repairs Manager

Julie has been with CCP Remedial since March 2005 and more recently as Repair Manager for 12 months. She previously held the position of Repair Coordinator project managing and liaising with tradespeople for remedial works on residential insurance claims. Julie has been in the building industry since 1996 in various roles from recruitment to Member Liaison Representative. She is currently studying a Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Clare Hogarth

HR Manager

Clare is responsible for the HR team and supports the health and well-being of our staff. Clare’s focus is on their satisfaction, work-life balance and continued professional development as well as driving the company’s vision and embedding it in everything we do.

Nicole Dent

Finance Manager

Nicole is responsible for the financial health of the organisation. This involves producing financial reports, and developing procedures and strategies for the long-term financial goals and vision of the company. Nicole investigates ways to improve profitability by reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts and preparing activity reports to support the business functions of the company.
